Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are:

United States: 5–15 business days
International: 10–25 business days (where available)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or supplier processing times.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Rebel Drip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly. We will assist where possible.
