Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

 

• Sale or clearance items

• Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel

• Gift cards

• Personalized or custom-made items

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
